Мультики:добро чи зло?

Посмішка - прояв фізіології чи душевного стану людини?
                  Therapy with helping films is
       it nowadays medicine?

Our teacher suggested us to work on an interesting project called "Therapy with helping films is it nowadays medicine" ? This topic is very interesting and useful because there are many people who are sick and thanks to good moon they can become healthy again.
We've decided to lighten our topic because we want that people in the whole world  always stay healthy.

When we sat and talked together we saw that there are many options to cure people and one of them is watching funny TV shows, movies and theatrical performances. Do you agree with us?
Our idea is to show you the pros of being cheerfull and optimistic.
There's a good proverb saying by Paul E. McGhee, Ph.D.
"Your sense of humor is one of the most powerful tools you have to make certain that your daily mood and emotional state support good health."

If you want to share your ideas, please, we're always here for you!

Theatrical performances for sick children are the best medicine in hospitals. Actors help them to be the part of something important and funny during the show. Children feel themselfseves happy and forget for a while that they are sick and have problems with their health.
Comedies...are they just simple films or can they cheer up you in a hard moment? They say if you laugh a lot you'll leave much longer, isn't it true? We want to know that!

Humor is infectious. The sound of roaring laughter is far more contagious than any cough, sniffle, or sneeze. When laughter is shared, it binds people together and increases happiness and intimacy. Laughter also triggers healthy physical changes in the body. Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain, and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use.
Even poets and writers got to this simple rule. We all know that health is connected with our mind. Our group has decided to practise this rule.

Join us if you want to be the part of our easy praxis.)))
During our research we have found out that there are many opportunities to laugh. Here is the list of our work:
  • Watch a funny movie or TV show.
  • Go to a comedy club.
  • Read the funny pages.
  • Seek out funny people.
  • Share a good joke or a funny story.
  • Check out your bookstore’s humor section.
  • Host game night with friends.
  • Play with a pet.
  • Go to a “laughter yoga” class.
  • Goof around with children.
  • Do something silly.
Make time for fun activities (e.g. bowling, miniature golfing, karaoke)

Using humor and play to overcome challenges and enhance your life

Playing with problems seems to come naturally to children. When they are confused or afraid, they make their problems into a game, giving them a sense of control and an opportunity to experiment with new solutions. Interacting with others in playful ways helps you retain this creative ability.

  • Laughter can reduce chronic pain. Medical studies have shown that 10 minutes of laughter can diminish chronic pain for up to 2 hours.
  • Laughter can improve your creativity. You can face challenges with more perspective with a good sense of humor.  This leads to more creative problem solving.
The physical benefits of laughter can lead to an improved outlook on life. Laughter can bring optimism and a more positive attitude.  It can also bring resiliency that will help you bounce back from disappointments and survive tough times.  Laughter will leave you feeling energized and renewed, ready to face life’s daily stresses without being overwhelmed.

We would like to summarize!

Laughter is good for your health

  • Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
  • Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
  • Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
  • Laughter protects the heart. Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.

Our project has convinced us that laughter is the best medicine and there are lots of ways to have fun and stay healthy. Watch comedies, funny TV shows, listen to the jokes and enjoy your life! And you will certainly forget about medicine!
